The puzzle was ordered, made and dispatched on the Friday and arrived in record time on the following Monday. Amazing! Pleased with the puzzle. Some photos are a bit blurry but that happens when they are enlarged. We will be ordering more products in the future.

1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle was of good quality, the colours were vibrant & I was pleased to find the pieces were different shapes, making the puzzle more challenging. It was easy to upload my photo to create the puzzle & the finished product was delivered soon after ordering.
Good gift!
The puzzle tin was beautiful (I ordered an 1000 piece puzzle with a photo on it), however the physical puzzle pieces were all stuck together already! This took the fun away from it, as my father had to separate all the pieces before making being able to use it! However the speed of the delivery was so impressive I would definitely but from you guys again!! Especially considering I ordered only days before Christmas

Blurry picture
The jigsaw arrived within just 2 days even though I only asked for standard delivery. The tin it comes in is good quality and looks great but unfortunately the puzzle is quite blurry. The image quality was given a tick and the quality was 'good' when I added it to the template so I went ahead with the order. Beware of this.
Amazing quality
I purchased the 1000 piece puzzle Monday and received it by Friday! That alone is an amazing service for a personalised item coming from UK to Australia! Then when I recieved it I was even more impressed with the quality! I will be shopping again!

i ordered a 1000 piece puzzle with a picture of my baby on it for her grandparents. Quality was amazing! i did have to break up the pieces as they were still all stuck together and some pieces hadn’t cut through properly but aside from that (which i pretty much expected anyway) perfect!!! easy to use website. loved that it told me if my photo was going to be bad quality.
