Beautiful board book, although not easy to open
The book I bought through Bags of Love, turned out beautifully (colours and images were spot on). I was disappointed with how difficult it was to look through it though, due to a stiff binding that did not allow for the pages to open easily. Not sure if something could be done to provide a better hinging mechanism, particularly because the book was for a small child.
The most wonderful gift
The quality was great. Service was exceptional as even though there was a small issue the staff kept me informed and made sure the item still arrived on time.

Fantastic, helpful customer service!
I found the website slightly clunky to use on a phone (& had no other device available)..however the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final product! The production time and delivery was amazing - literally was created within a few hours of me ordering! The size and felt material is perfect. My only concern, the pages don't look especially well connected to the spine, I'm nervous how hard wearing it will be with small children handling the book. But for now - the product is gorgeous and we love it!
