I was unsure of how clear the images would be when the blanket arrived but it was beautiful, easy to see the details in images. The blanket is so soft. It arrived quicker then I expected and the communication from bags of love was good.

Postage time was less than two weeks which was pleasing.Overall the blanket I purchased is good quality.the reproduction of the prints is pleasing especially since many of them were old photos and some were not top quality images.the only issue I had was the fact that it is not stated clearly on the website that payments will be charged conversion fees by the Australian banks .this should be in capital bold type where everyone can see it as it came as a surprise to me!.on chat line she pointed out it was printed in the long screed of conditions elsewhere and I found it was difficult to find and not that clear.I naturally thought Australian website= aus $ but that is not the case.it has to be converted to English pounds.I thought my blanket was to be made in Australia but in fact it was made in the UK.in future I will select an all Australian made product to support Australian business people.also the other problem I had was there was no phone number in Australian in Melbourne where supposedly there is an office so that I could talk in person about my order.very frustrating !

The prints are so clear and better than I expected. I received it 9 days after the order went in which is fantastic considering it came from London to Western Australia.
