I ordered a small picture blanket for my mums birthday. I only had 1 week to get the finished product as it was a surprise visitation to another country. I ordered the blanket and told them I needed it within the week. Shyama from customer service was brilliant. Shyama followed up my order and made sure that it arrived in time for me to take with me on my trip. My mum LOVED the blanket!! I purchased a large blanket. It was a 21st gift. Once I worked out how to place the photos it all happened quickly. The quality of the blanket is amazing the actually photos on the blanket are great and postage was quick. I will definitely use bags of love again.
