Concerning reviews completly unjustified

After reading bad/poor reviews for Bags of Love I decided to still go ahead as they were the only people who could make the towel I wanted for my sisters 50th birthday. I thought it's only money, what the heck. I am delighted I went ahead with it! I live in Australia, I was expecting it would be some weeks until I received the order, how wrong I was. I was kept in the loop the whole way with emails saying order received, order ready and posted and was given continual updates from the delivery companies - 3 different companies used to get it to me. I ordered on January 6, recieved an email to say order was despatched on January 8 and order arrived at my house IN AUSTRALIA on January 14! The print quality is excellent, there are 6 photos on it of varying size plus writing. The towel quality is fair but I guess when its being printed on it cant be too fluffy, still a great towel. I have showed it to other family members and everyone is amazed at it, some members have asked for details to order their own. My sister will love this!

Great product, but . . . around the world

The design interface is excellent and very easy to use. The end product was excellent quality and the recipient of the gift was really pleased. However the turnaround time was misleading. I searched the website from top to bottom looking for place of manufacture and it only mentioned 'for deliveries outside of Australia'. So it was very frustrating to have to wait for the package to be delivered from the manufacturer in England and make its way across the world to Australia. 10 days later. Take this time lag into account when ordering.

Perfect Chrissy present

I put a lot of thought into what gifts I give my friends for Christmas and I'm very pleased with the unique beach towel print that I will be giving this year. This is the second time I have used Bags of Love and I am always pleased with the quality of the printing and the ease of designing.
