Step 1: Think of your content
What is it that you are looking to fill your pages with? Some people love documenting pregnancies, first year of marriage, baby's first year and summer holidays. Once you have your inspiration, start gathering your scraps. These can include anything from photos and love letters to tickets and post-it notes.
Step 2: Decide how you want to organise your scrapbook
We suggest thinking about how you want the final project to look, and who it is for. If this is a project just to fulfill your inner creative, then you can be as scrappy as you like, but if it's to be presented at a special event, you might want a little structure.
Step 3: Choose your size and layout

Step 4: Create a design for the front and back cover
Once you have chosen your size, you can then create your design for the front and back. Again, think about:

Step 5: Fill your scrapbook and make memories

Water-based, eco-friendly inks bond to the fibres of the fabric, creating a permanent, vibrant print. Handy tips: The Monroe satin we use for the hardback covers is a woven fabric, so we recommend using images and designs with bolder detailing or larger photos to ensure a sharp finish. If you'd like to create a photo collage on the front and back, simply upload and select several photos then choose one of our ready-made montage styles or have fun arranging the photos yourself. Just like the potential of your scrapbooking ideas, what you can print to personalise the covers is limitless. The covers have metal corner protectors, however this shouldn't infringe on your design.
