The box itself is made from a strong, sturdy 3mm thick card. This is hand cut, lined, and pieced together by our expert craftsmen. Your design is printed onto our luxury Suede Vision fabric (the same material that we use to line the box) using a top of the range digital printing technique. The eco-friendly inks penetrate deep into the fibres of the suede material, resulting in a full colour, edge to edge print, that is long-lasting, and infused into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface. The printed Suede Vision is then wrapped around and fixed to your photo box, which is then fully quality inspected before being sent out to you.
