I had a 96 piece custom jigsaw puzzle and tin made for my grandson. The printing of the jigsaw and tin was beautiful. Unfortunately one piece was missing, but Riddhi in customer service went above and beyond to have another complete jigsaw printed and sent to me. 5 stars for the product and 5+ stars for service.

I had a 96 piece custom wooden jigsaw puzzle printed for my grandson with a printed tin. It arrived fairly quickly by FedEx from the UK and both the tin and the puzzle were beautifully printed. Unfortunately one piece was missing. Their customer service (Riddhi) went above and beyond to have a new puzzle printed and sent to me without delay. I am happy to give Bags of Love 5 stars for their product and 5 stars for their service.

Great personal service

I had a problem fitting the shape of my photo at high quality to the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle format. Staff were really helpful and responsive. I received my order promptly in great condition. It is a gift, so I can't comment on the product quality yet. Only reservation -- I would like a more flexible format to accommodate different photo requirements.

Printed by us, solved by you

When we receive your photo puzzle, 500 piece order, it is sent straight to our skilled technicians and woodwork specialists. Your photos and messages are printed directly onto the reinforced cardboard surface. The personalised puzzles 500 pieces are then cut out into classic puzzle piece shapes, ready for you to have hours of fun. 

To make the piece extra special, your personalised jigsaw puzzles 500 pieces come in a metal presentation tin. Your tin can either be plain or feature the same design as your puzzle. Your designs are printed directly onto the tin which gives your images a silvery, metallic finish. Alternatively, you can choose a satin bag made from recycled Duchess Satin.

Design tips

Creating your photo puzzle 

Using our design interface, you can customise your jigsaw and presentation tin. You will immediately notice that there are other sized jigsaws available, so if you think your photo jigsaw 500 piece puzzle might be too difficult, you can select one of our smaller designs. Alternatively, if you're a puzzle-master and think the 500 pieces will be a breeze, really challenge yourself with our extra-large 1000 piece jigsaw. 

When you upload your designs, you will notice the hashed out areas. This is the bleed area and will not appear on your jigsaw. Make sure to re-position your photos so that faces and people are all within the safe area. You don't want anyone searching for hours for someone's head to find it was never on the jigsaw in the first place! 

At any time, you can view your jigsaw on 'product view' to get a feel of how the final product will look. 

If you choose to add a message to the puzzle, you can choose from a number of fonts, colours and sizes. Tip: Make your message harder to unscramble by using a large font size - that way the letters will cover more than one jigsaw piece and be harder to solve. 

Once you have finished your personalised jigsaw puzzles: 500 pieces, you can choose between a plain or printed tin with the same design, or a sustainable unprinted satin bag.
