Your birthday design is printed onto the Monroe Satin by trained technicians using deep infusion digital printing technology. This technique penetrates eco-friendly inks deep into the fibres of the material, resulting in a full colour, high-definition print that will last for years to come.
Our craftsmen will then cut your banner to the size that you chose when you placed the order. By printing first and cutting after, we can ensure your printing is completely edge to edge, rather than leaving you with a small white border. They will then attach eyelets around the edge of your personalised birthday banners - between six and eighteen of them, depending on the size.
Skilled seamstresses will then professionally hem your banner, giving it a wonderfully elegant finish and protecting it against fraying, before our quality control department will check it meets our high standards before sending it to you.
