Care: Our Personalised Baseball Caps needs only little care if well looked after. Wipe clean is our recommended cleaning procedure. If you need to wash the entire cap then we advise washing on a cold wash. Do not tumble under any circumstances as the curved peak is a plastic component which will react with the heat. Only allow to dry naturally (hang dry).

Measure above your ear, and across your forehead, wrapping round to the back of your head leaving measuring tape slightly loose.Your photos and designs are directly printed onto the fabric using state of the art digital printing techniques. Using the strong twill fabric ensures prints are produced in extremely high quality. The crisp white base creates a strong contrast to the bright vibrancy of your prints. The final result perfectly captures very fine and intricate lines as well as bold hues and shapes. The rich print will not fade over time, even after lengthy exposure under the hot Aussie sun.
Your custom printed fabric is then cut to shape according to the bespoke pattern. Making personalised baseball caps in this order ensures that your designs run from edge to edge without leaving all white edges at the seams. Our talented seamstresses then stitch and assemble your personalised cap so it can be sent out to you in a matter of days.
Your custom baseball cap is the made in the classic six panel style, each of which can be personalised individually. You can use different coloured backgrounds for each panel, to create a classic umbrella look, then add a different photo on each individual panel to finish your design.
Another popular choice is to use the same coloured background for each and make a scattered photo collage on the panels. This makes each panel look the same from a distance, however, when you look closely at the personalised baseball cap you can see that each image is different.
You can also design the inside of the strap and peak individually. This is great for adding a personal message, or the recipients name to their own custom baseball caps.
To find your perfect hat size, use a soft tape measure or a piece of string (which can be measured afterwards). Place the measuring tape or string just above your ear, and across your forehead, wrapping round to the back of your head. Don't pull too tightly, leave the tape a little loose. If you find your size in the middle of our sizing brackets, go a size up.
