At Bags of Love we focus on product quality, great service and speedy delivery. Thanks to our own production facility, we are able to dispatch many of our items within 24 hours of receiving the order. That is because all of our staff and production are in the same building, ensuring each product is printed and manufactured to the company’s established high standards. Production times vary according to each specific product, details of which are available on each product page and be aware that delivery time is not the production time. In rare cases we need to reprint an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days. We are able to allow separate delivery and billing addresses for all orders.
Delivery time details are outlined below (note: these are not the same as production times) Bags of Love does not continue production or dispatch work over the weekend except at Christmas and other busy events.

Bags of Love uses FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as our default delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, and it may be necessary for Bags of Love to charge an additional fee. In such a case we would call to discuss the payment before a charge is incurred.
Delivery to PO Box addresses in Australia is not possible.
Please note: Most parcels will require signature upon delivery.
Please be aware that if your Bags of Love order is to be delivered outside of Australia, you / recipient may incur additional charges that are out of our control. This could be non-reclaimable custom tax as well as administration fees. For shipping to for example US, Canada or Japan, please place your order on our international websites to avoid these potential charges. For outside Australia and any non-EU country, we'd advise checking their specific customs on import duty. For orders shipped to the UK & EU, no custom fee apply.
When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. To minimize delays we work closely with FedEx, DHL, TNT.
