When it comes to choosing your fabric, you can't go wrong with any of these options. Our natural Pima Lawn Cotton is light, super breathable, and soft. Lino Linen is classic natural linen that is just a bit heavier but still lightweight overall and very comfortable to wear. Meanwhile, our Silk Satin fabric is floaty and made with 100% silk for a lovely soft touch. The Organic Cotton Satin fabric choice, on the other hand, is perfect for wear in the summer for its lustrous, soft feel. Our Pure Hemp Plain Weave is light and breathable fabric that softens beautifully with each wear. Crafted from 100% hemp fibres with unique slub yarns, this fabric is both eco-friendly and sustainable, and it’s printed with vibrant, reactive inks.

Measure around your fullest part, with the measuring tape under your armpits, making sure the tape is flat across your back.Our print technicians use advanced reactive or sublimation methods, depending on the fabric, to fuse your design deep into the fibres. This produces rich colours and exceptional wash fastness – exactly what you need for custom all over print button up shirts and custom all over print button down shirts. Once each panel is printed, our skilled seamstresses cut, stitch and press the shirt, finishing with carefully matched mother-of-pearl buttons and a spare just in case.
You'll have plenty of parts to design on your personalised button up shirts, and there are a few things to keep in mind while you do so. The back panel is split into two parts, which you'll design as one. The collar will also be designed as one panel, even though we use multiple pieces of fabric to make it. These sections are double-lined, so your design will be mirrored on the inside of the shirt. You'll be able to see how this all works in the design tool to make sure you're pleased. Since we do everything by hand, we aren't able to guarantee that patterns will match up perfectly across the seams. Anyway, custom button up shirts will look amazing.
